Year 5 pupils were invited to Ysgol Maes y Gwendraeth to attend a science workshop with Mr Jonathon Williams, Head of the Physics Department.

Using a robot made of Lego, the pupils used their coding skills to make the robot move along a designated path.

After a few unsuccessful attempts, all robots managed to move correctly along the curvy path.

On Saturday, July 1st, pupils, parents, friends and staff all enjoyed an afternoon of Funsports and a Summer Fair.

The afternoon was arranged by members of the Friends of the School group. Nearly one thousand pounds was raised. All the profit will go towards the purchase of a large climbing frame for the pupils.
